Privacy
Privacy policy for inquiry handling and website usage data.
Last updated: October 7, 2026. This policy covers the powder catalog, text-only online RFQ service, local browser storage, anti-abuse controls, website usage data, and business communication records.
Scope
Metal 3D Powder is operated by Suzhou Como Precision Materials Co., Ltd. (“SZComo,” “we,” or “us”).
This policy applies when you browse the website, send an RFQ, request technical information, or communicate with SZComo through email or other business channels tied to the site.
Information collected
An online RFQ may include your name, work email, company, destination country, selected powders, per-product and general process, particle-size and quantity requirements, packaging, timing, and technical notes. Email communication may contain additional information you provide.
For security and operation, the service may process IP address, request time, browser or network metadata, source page, a random submission reference, rate-limit results, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data. Marketing-source fields such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers may be retained when present in the landing URL.
How information is used
Information is used to validate and route RFQs, review material and process fit, coordinate approved suppliers and service providers where necessary, prepare quotations, prevent abuse, maintain traceable communication records, and improve the commercial and technical usefulness of the website.
Browser storage, attribution, and anti-abuse controls
A local browser record may retain the first and latest landing path, referring origin, and allowed campaign parameters, and is sent with an inquiry to show how it reached us. It does not contain the inquiry itself and can be cleared through browser settings.
The online form uses Cloudflare infrastructure for same-origin request handling, rate limiting, Turnstile verification, static delivery, and email routing. Anti-abuse data may be processed before an RFQ is accepted.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, and actions such as starting or submitting an RFQ, email clicks, and WhatsApp clicks. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies and process device, browser, approximate location, and usage data. RFQ text, names, and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage is disabled by default, so no analytics cookies are set and only cookieless measurement may occur. You can also block analytics with browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sensitive information and separate channels
The online RFQ accepts text only. Do not enter export-controlled, classified, personal medical, customer-restricted, or other specially controlled data before an approved handling agreement is in place. Documents requiring special handling must use a separately arranged and approved channel.
Sharing, international processing, and retention
Information is not sold. It may be processed by website, security, and email service providers, and shared with approved suppliers and service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate sourcing, testing, documents, logistics, compliance, or quotation scope. Because inquiries may involve international supply, relevant data may be processed in more than one country.
RFQ, quotation, and communication records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the project, legitimate business records, dispute handling, security, or applicable legal obligations. Retention varies with the project and record type.
Security and service limits
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. A successful on-screen reference means the submission service accepted the RFQ; it is not a quotation or proof of technical feasibility, source availability, or document acceptance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry data where legally applicable. You can also clear the attribution record through browser storage settings. Privacy-related requests can be sent to info@szcomo.com.
