Metal powder sourcing for AM, MIM, binder jetting, DED, and powder metallurgy

Technical and commercial RFQ support

Powder catalog

Metal powder by exact alloy grade for 3D printing and AM.

Start with the grade buyers actually specify—such as Ti6Al4V, IN718, 316L, AlSi10Mg, CuCrZr, or CoCrMo—then narrow by process, PSD, standard, evidence package, quantity, and destination. Stock, pricing, and final specifications are confirmed with each quotation.

Process powder windows

Start with the process, then qualify the PSD.

These ranges are capability-screening candidates. The machine, feed system, test method, chemistry, and quoted lot determine the final usable specification.

Process Candidate PSD Material examples RFQ controls
LPBF / SLM 15–45, 15–53, or 20–63 µm Ti, stainless, tool steel, Ni superalloy, Al, Cu, and CoCr Machine, layer thickness, laser wavelength, spreadability, oxygen/moisture, and reuse policy.
EBM 45–105 or 53–150 µm Titanium and selected CoCr routes Machine generation, preheat behavior, charge control, PSD method, and reused-powder plan.
